About Me
My yoga journey began in 2007 when a friend introduced me to yoga. I instantly connected with its power to unite body, mind, and soul. Yoga became my anchor through burnout, anxiety, and chronic headaches. Over time, through yoga and holistic practices, I cultivated resilience, confidence, and peace of mind.
Inspired by my journey, I combine yin/hatha yoga, pranyama, meditation, yoga therapy for sleep, essential oils, and massage to help others manage stress.
I also offer corporate wellbeing services, including chair massages, yoga, mindfulness, and talks.
Since 2023, I have led retreats to Morocco.
Certified in Sivananda, Himalayan Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage, Chair Masssage and Ayurvedic therapies.
